How to Set Up or Turn Off Autopay for Your Account

Set up Autopay

AutoPay is a great way to stay on track of and make payments on time. To turn on AutoPay you can do the following from your app:

• Select the Credit Icon (💳) from the bottom panel of your app. 
• Scroll down the credit screen and tap Set Up AutoPay
• Select the amount you would like to have auto-debited from your account on your due date. 
• Select the payment source to be used for AutoPay.

Your AutoPay schedule will take effect in the next billing period if the due date has already passed.

Turning off autopay

Your AutoPay plan with continue until one of the following happens:

1. 1. • You cancel your AutoPay plan, 
      • Your account is closed with a $0 balance
      • Your account changes to an ineligible status
      • A payment is returned for any reason other than non-sufficient funds

To cancel your AutoPay via the app:

1. • Login to your account
   • Tap “Credit” in the bottom navigation bar
   • Under Upcoming Payments tap “Autopay”
   • Tap “Cancel Autopay”
