Streaks are a reward tied to successful, posted payment on your Arro account. In order for a payment to count toward your Streak, it must be successfully processed and fully posted. Pending or processing payments will not count, as these payments can fail or be canceled, and therefore can’t be used to fulfill the requirement for earning a reward.
Once a payment has been posted and is successfully processed, it may take up to 48 hours for the learning system to update and reflect the reward associated with your Streak. This delay allows the system to verify the payment and ensure everything has been properly recorded.
It's also important to note that only one Streak will be awarded per billing cycle, regardless of how many payments are made. Even if you make multiple payments within a single statement cycle, only your first successful payment will count toward earning the Streak reward for that month.
