To maintain account security and comply with federal regulations, Arro requires verification documents when processing address changes. Customers must provide one of the following documents that show both their name and new address:

  • An unexpired driver's license or state-issued non-driver's license ID card with the new address,
  • A utility bill dated within the last 60 days,
  • A copy of a lease agreement dated within the last 6 months.

Please note that P.O. boxes are not accepted as valid residential addresses for Arro accounts. All address updates must be for physical street addresses. Customers can submit their verification documents through the additional details box when requesting an address update in the app. The address change will be processed once the documentation has been reviewed and verified by Arro's team.
