My Arro account was closed, but I have a balance. Do I still need to make payments?

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balance on their Arro account even after the account is closed. Monthly statements will continue to be generated and sent as long as there is a remaining balance on the account. It's important to note that interest charges will continue to accrue on any unpaid balance until it is paid in full.

Payments should be made following the same process used before the account closure. While the account is closed to new purchases, customers must continue making at least the minimum payment by the due date each month to avoid additional fees or negative credit reporting.
