How Do I Make a Payment?

Making a payment towards your Arro account is quick and easy through the Arro app. Just follow the steps below to complete your payment:

1. Log in to your Arro app.
2. From the Home tab, tap Make Payment.
3. Select an amount from the preselected options available, or choose Custom Amount to enter your preferred payment amount.
4. Choose the payment source from which the funds will be debited.
5. Select the date to schedule the payment.
6. Tap Submit to confirm your payment.

Processing Time for Payments

Payments processed via ACH can take 3-4 business days to be processed by your bank. Please allow this time for the payment to be reflected in your account.

Goals and Payment Completion

Any goals tied to payments will only be unlocked once the payment has been successfully posted to your Arro account.
