To cancel a payment, you’ll want to open the Arro app and follow these steps:
- Tap the Account icon (👤).
- Select Payment Activity.
- Toggle the view to Scheduled payments.
- You can then tap into each payment to view details.
- Tap Cancel Payment to stop the payment from being initiated.
If you do not see the Cancel Payment option, the payment may already be in process with your bank. Payments that are pending cannot be canceled.
