To help manage credit responsibly, we've implemented certain criteria that may cause the Grow section of the app to become locked, preventing further credit line increases. If our system detects that your account meets these criteria, your ability to access the Grow section may be limited.
Reasons why your Grow section may be locked:
- The connection between your bank and Arro was disrupted.
- You are currently overdue on your Arro balance.
- Your account may be under review.
- Your account is delinquent.
Visit your Grow tab to view the specific reason for your account lock and the steps needed to restore access.
