I made my payment, why hasn’t my Goal been marked as completed?

Goals are designed to reward you for meeting specific financial milestones, such as making timely payments or reaching certain credit-related targets. To earn a reward for achieving a Goal, your payment must be successfully posted to your account. Pending or processing payments do not count toward fulfilling the Goal because these payments are not yet finalized and can fail or be canceled before completion.

Once a payment has been processed and successfully posted, it may take 24-48 hours for the Grow system to update and reflect the reward associated with the Goal. This waiting period allows the system to verify that the payment has been fully processed and properly recorded before issuing your reward.

It’s important to remember that only posted payments count toward fulfilling the requirements for Goals or rewards—anything in a pending or processing status will not trigger the reward. This ensures that rewards are only granted for reliable, completed transactions.
