What do I do if my card is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If your Arro card is lost or stolen, contact us at support@arrofinance.com immediately to report the missing card. Once notified, Arro's support team will deactivate the lost card to prevent unauthorized use and begin the process of issuing a replacement card. Quick reporting is essential to protect the customer's account from potential fraudulent activity.

A replacement card will be issued at no cost and typically arrives within 7-10 business days from the date of production. While waiting for the new card, monitor your account for any unauthorized charges and report suspicious activity immediately. You should also update any automatic payments or subscriptions with your new card information once you  receive and activate your replacement card.
