To activate your Arro card, you can simply log-in to your app > tap the Activate Card banner at the top and enter your card details. Physical credit cards can be used immediately from the date they are issued (emboss date). For customer security and convenience, Arro also provides virtual card access, allowing members to begin making purchases right away while waiting for their physical card to arrive.
Members should follow standard security practices when using their new card, such as signing the back of their physical card upon receipt and securely storing their card information. If members have any questions about their new card or experience any issues with transactions, they can contact Arro's support team at support@arrofinance.com.
