What’s the provisional credit on my transactions tab?

When we begin reviewing a disputed charge, you'll notice a 'provisional' credit in your activity feed. This temporary credit is applied to your account after you file a dispute, allowing you to avoid paying for the transaction while we investigate. Although you won’t be charged for it during this time, the funds aren’t available for spending. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll send you a letter detailing our findings and either make the provisional credit permanent or remove it based on the outcome.
