Logging in with a phone number and a one-time password (OTP) provides a more intuitive and secure experience. When accessing the Arro platform, you'll receive an OTP via SMS to confirm your identity. Once you've entered the passcode, you can proceed by entering your email address and permanent password to complete the login process.
Arro stores sensitive employee and company data, so we prioritize the use of OTPs for security. OTPs are significantly more secure than static passwords, which are often weak or reused across multiple accounts. Weak passwords can be easily compromised, and users may even write them down in insecure places like sticky notes. As more services adopt OTPs for safer logins, Arro is doing the same to ensure your account remains protected.
Can I use my email address instead?
We do not offer One-time password via email. Currently, OTP is only available through text messages, and a valid phone number is required for identity verification for security purposes. If you are unable to receive text messages at this time, unfortunately you will not be able to move forward with the application process.
