I have a paper copy of a new ID. Does that work?

In order to confirm your identity and information, Arro uses a 3rd party verification processor that may require a live picture of a current, valid state ID/DL and a live selfie for verification. Unfortunately, this is the only documentation currently accepted by the 3rd party for the verification processor. Paper copies, pictures and screenshots of these requested documents are not accepted by our 3rd party and our team members here at Arro are unable to accept the documents manually for applicant safety.

If those documents are not available to you at this time, no worries! The application process leaves no hard inquiry on your credit, and you  can apply at a later time if you cannot get those documents any time soon.
