New applicants are able to change their phone numbers within the Arro app when applying. Please be advised that if you began your application on a computer/web browser, you will need to download and install the Arro app on your mobile device in order to finish the application.
Please attempt the following:
- Download and install the Arro app, if you haven't already, from your device's store (Apple or Google)
- Log in using the credentials you used/created at startup (please do not use a new email as this will cause issues with your application)
- Once logged in, there should be an option to change the number that the verification code is sent to.
