If you need to remove a connected bank account, keep in mind that deleting a payment source completely removes the entire financial institution from your Arro account. Follow the steps below to delete a payment method:
- Log in to your Arro account and tap the "Account" icon (👤).
- Scroll down to "Billing Details" and select "Payment Methods."
- Tap the payment method you wish to remove, then select "Remove."
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the removal.
Important Note About Deleting Payment Sources
Arro requires that a checking account be connected at all times. This helps ensure that members can manage payments smoothly. You will not be able to remove your last connected bank account through the Arro app.
