Micro-deposits are two small payments that Arro will send to your bank to verify that you've input the correct bank information and that you are the owner of that account.
It will take 1-2 days from when you enter your banking information for your bank to receive these payments. Arro will send these payments directly to your bank account within that time so you'll need to check your bank account activity to locate the transactions. The payments will be two separate amounts usually less than $1. We will use either the automated or same-day microdeposits to verify your institution.
- If your account status is 'Pending - no action is required'. We will automatically update your account status once your deposit is verified.
- If your account status is 'Pending - Action Required' - you'll need to verify your account information by heading to the Accounts Page > Payment Methods of your Arro app. Once completed, your account status will automatically be updated.
