How Do I Change My Default Payment Source?

If you'd like to update the default payment source for all future payments on your Arro account, it’s easy to do so in the app by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Arro account and tap the Account icon (👤) at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Under Bank Accounts, find and tap the payment source you’d like to set as your new default.
  3. Select the option Make this Default Payment.
  4. Pull down on your screen to refresh the app, and you’ll see the default tag appear next to the payment source you’ve selected.

Important Note About Default Payment Sources

Please be aware that only connected checking accounts can be used as default payment methods. Debit cards cannot be set as default payment sources due to their limited functionality in recurring payments.
