Why do I need to upload bank statements or a voided check?

You may be required to upload photos of your bank statements or a voided check to verify that you are the authorized account holder. Once your account is successfully verified, you can use it to make payments. If we’re unable to verify your account, you will need to use a different verified bank account to complete payments. Just ensure that the bank account you add is in your name.

 

If you’re having a hard time uploading your documents, run through the troubleshooting tips below:

  • Make sure the text on the document you’re uploading is readable.
  • Make sure you get the whole document in the photo—it cannot be cut off or blocked in any way.
